LEADHERS

 

LeadHers is a 501 (c)(3) New Jersey non profit mentoring program for middle and high school aged girls. LeadHers forms community partnerships with school districts and families to foster a united effort to strengthen academics, promote positive self-esteem and social relationships.  LeadHers mentoring program endorses literacy, interpersonal skills and a positive self-image that coincides with a sense of pride. 

 

LeadHers maintains a respectful and a safe “best effort” environment in hopes to develop and inspire responsible empowered young ladies.

 

 

 

Mission

LeadHers mission is to empower and uplift girls through leadership, education, and mentoring, while encouraging confidence to achieve personal growth and foster social change.

 

 

 

Vision

Provide inspiration and resources that allow young ladies to pursue happiness, develop integrity, and positive change within themselves and their communities.  LeadHers programming will encourage young ladies to embody what it means to be unapologetically HER.
